Qualifikationen

• Unbedenkliche Zulassung zur Ausübung der Psychotherapie und mindestens 3 Jahre klinische Berufserfahrung.
• Erfahrung in Instructional Design und Content Development sowie Hintergrund in firmeneigenem Training.
• Hohes Engagement beim virtuellen Lernen und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

• Develop clinical content and training materials using modern engagement and instructional design techniques.
• Deliver high-quality clinical trainings in an engaging and impactful manner, both virtually and in person.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and address specific training needs.
