Temco Logistics is seeking an Instructional Designer to craft and improve leadership development programs. You will design engaging learning across ILT, vILT, eLearning, self-guided and blended formats while supporting curriculum development and ongoing program improvement.

The role requires at least two years of instructional design experience, proficiency with Articulate or Captivate, and experience delivering virtual learning via Microsoft Teams.

• Design, revise, maintain, and deliver effective leadership development resources.
• Apply instructional design methodology and adult learning principles throughout program development.

• Support facilitation design, development, and delivery.
• Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on program needs.
• Contribute to development standards, processes, and templates that support consistent instructional materials.
