Nebius B.V. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join Nebius Academy.

You will develop courses on Nebius AI Cloud for diverse audiences, blending technical content with practical learning experiences within an international online platform. Responsibilities include needs analysis, mapping learning outcomes, translating SME materials, creating exercises, collaborating with production, and maintaining course documentation.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Proven experience working with technical topics (software engineering, data science, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of digital learning design frameworks and principles.
• Ability to develop various educational content forms (long reads, video, assessments).
• Proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, HeyGen, and Supademo.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation, research, and instructional design, while applying appropriate critical review and quality control.
• High level of English proficiency.

The role: We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Nebius Academy team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing courses on Nebius AI Cloud for different target audiences. Nebius Academy is an international online learning platform that helps individuals and teams master AI and cloud technologies. We offer hands-on, industry-relevant training for both B2C and B2B audiences, combining technical expertise with real-world application to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences. Please note that after applying for this position, you will be required to complete a test assignment.

Your responsibilities will include:
