You will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create scalable, learner-centered solutions across e-learning, videos, job aids, and blended formats.

You will apply instructional design principles, manage LMS functionality, evaluate learning outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Learning Design & Technology
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning courses, videos, job aids, knowledge checks, and blended learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning practices to create accessible, learner-centered content.
  • Manage and optimize LMS functionality to support scalable, user-friendly learning experiences.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content based on learner feedback and business outcomes.
• Curriculum Development
  • Review, design, and enhance training programs and curricula to support employee development and organizational goals.
  • Recommend learning strategies and solutions that improve knowledge retention and performance.
• Project Management & Collaboration
  • Manage multiple learning projects from planning through implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
