The institutional sales team offers an opportunity for you to take ownership and build your institutional/high-net worth clientele. You will be involved in an exciting journey, from onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, to customizing innovative crypto products for your clients. If you're part of our operations team, you'll work with stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, contributing to scaling our expanding infrastructure.

Take ownership and lead in identifying and pitching to institutional leads. Celebrate successes in various forms — onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, or customizing unique crypto products that the market hasn't seen before.
Craft and tailor your products — contribute to bringing traditional financial services into crypto. Use your creativity and expertise to identify additional offerings (e.g., credit, custody), with full support from the Crypto.com team to develop new products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Institutional Outbound Sales;
- 1+ years experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 outbound sales — Exchange, Custodian, or Prime Broker;
- Familiarity with institutional products such as market maker/taker programs, OTC, custody, and staking;
- Existing network or book of clients in the crypto space, including hedge funds, trading firms, banks, asset managers, OTC desks, and clients seeking custody solutions;
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales role;
- Proven track record of managing and monetizing client relationships, including acquiring institutional clients and drafting agreements;
- Excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken; writing and presentation samples are welcome;
