Institutional Sales Manager – Digital Assets (m/f/d)

Our client is a regulated financial services provider bridging traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem. With cutting-edge infrastructure and a strong institutional client base, they offer OTC trading, tokenization, and custody services across Europe.

Location: Frankfurt am Main or hybrid (Germany)

Your Responsibilities:

Build and grow relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, retail banks, neobrokers, and hedge funds

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand client base and trading volume

Stay on top of market trends and client needs within the digital asset and DeFi ecosystem

Coordinate internally with trading, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality service

Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Your Profile:

Proven track record in institutional sales

Understanding of digital assets, tokenization, and crypto markets

Confident communicator with a consultative sales mindset

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Experience working in capital markets
