An exciting social-first creative agency in Berlin is looking for an Insights Manager to join their growing team.

• Location: Berlin

• Office policy: Hybrid

• Contract: 6-12 month FTC

• Start date: ASAP

• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

The Job

• Work closely with account leads to refine briefs and build bespoke research solutions

• Develop and deploy methodologies for primary research and performance measurement

• Analyse a range of data sources, including social listening, native analytics and third-party platforms

• Deliver clear, insight-driven reports and recommendations that guide creative and strategic thinking

• Support audience, brand and category understanding through standalone research projects

• Create reporting templates and ensure rigour and consistency across all outputs

You

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a social or digital insight or analyst role, ideally agency side

• Strong grasp of social and digital platform analytics and audience tools like GWI

• Advanced experience with social listening platforms

• Able to develop research methodologies and translate data into actionable insight

• Confident in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation beyond the basics

• German and English language fluency (business level)

• Detail-focused, methodical and collaborative in your approach

• Curious, proactive and passionate about digital measurement and innovation
