About Us

As part of the Diagnostics Supply Chain Organization, we aim to ensure patient access to Roche Diagnostics products worldwide. In the Commercial Supply Chain function, you will contribute significantly as part of the Insights & Demand department, driving demand planning through data-driven IT solutions in collaboration with country organizations. Your work will support an efficient, agile, and sustainable supply chain capable of meeting current and future industry challenges.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing data sources for their applicability in demand planning and develop strategies for their use.
• Collaborate with local Roche entities to ensure aligned forecasts for the Diagnostics portfolio.
• Ensure countries provide forecasts as per agreements and validate them before passing to the product planning team.
• Monitor demand development to enable timely adjustments.
• Create long-term forecasts and scenarios aligned with business plans and market trends.
• Act as the interface to Business Process Management, communicating and managing requirements for IT-supported demand planning solutions.

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field with a passion for analytics and data processing.
• Experience with statistical models or data science is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to understand various data sources and their potential applications.
• Interest in supply chain management and demand planning, with enjoyment in working with interdisciplinary teams including planners, marketing & sales, and data scientists.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and basic German language skills.
