Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and commercial teams to support confident decision-making.
  2. Create and manage a Client Advisory Board process for regular client feedback.
  3. Develop quarterly competitive watch updates to provide benchmark status, opportunities, and threats.
  4. Assist the product team in identifying unmet client needs (Jobs To Be Done) and integrating them into the product development pipeline based on market trends, data, and client needs.
  5. Identify new growth opportunities and risks from emerging data, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Commercial background with strong negotiation skills and the ability to find creative compromises.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
