Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Execute the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
- Identify opportunity and customer level risk and coordinate the mitigation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer experiences, building trust and credibility both internally and externally
- Establish business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone and E-mail
- Discover cross and up-sell opportunities with the existing customer base
- Monitor and report on market and competitor trends, providing relevant feedback from the customers to improve internal processes and customer loyalty
What we are Looking for:
- University or college degree in the field of Business, Marketing, or similar is great, but not a dealbreaker
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer retention or customer service, ideally with a focus on renewals
- Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and enjoy working in an international team
- Customer-centric and results-oriented approach, demonstrating a willingness to go the extra mile
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
