We are looking for a passionate and enthusiasticInside Account Manager for our Enterprise Accounts in the region North (location : Essen).
The Inside Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager within one Team to manage all presales activities for a given set of Enterprise accounts. This position proactively works with the decision makers at our clients and internal stakeholders to provide support of sales opportunities and ensures the appropriate portfolio of Lenovo products, services and software is architected to solve our client’s business problems.

- Provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone andemail
- Work closely with Key Account and Hybrid Account Manager in the ongoing development of opportunities and management of existing accounts.
- Assist Key Account Manager and Hybrid Account Manager with customer requests and ongoing communication touchpoints that drive Customer Experience(CX)
- Act as the PC specialist by working directly with the customer for configurations to ensure meeting needs of customer along with updates onstatus
- Pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecast and opportunity management for customer tracking and identifying
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence customer decisions to close business
- Leverages technical sales team for complexconfigurations
- Works collaboratively with Account Managers for development of value proposition and solution roadmap
- Driver of pipeline accuracy and weekly cadence reporting of forecasting, opportunity management, customer tracking and identifying and confirming ongoing salesneeds
Position Requirements :
- First experience aiding in solution-based sales
- Solid knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products andservices
- High proficiency in executive levelwritten and verbal communicationskills
- Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is highly preferred; proven successful sales experience and contractsknowledge
- Previous experience with Dynamics365, combined with strong Microsoft applicationskills
- Should learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitivelandscape
- Should maintain an understanding of sales processes, techniques and tools and use themappropriately
- Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities
