We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to support the Regional Sales teams in their activities.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Customer Support, and Distributors in preparing proposals, quotes, order forms, and License Agreements:
  • Draft pricing for direct and distributor orders, including requests to the pricing team for custom quotes
  • Prepare proposals and reports, including usage statistics and upsell opportunities
  • Monitor open price requests and report status
  • Store received pricing and proposals
  • Enter new and renewal quotes into Orion and generate final Order Forms
  • Coordinate creation, distribution, and acceptance of License Agreements
  • Engage in effective customer communication, including:
    • Routine contact with distributors/customers
    • Providing price quotes
    • Renewal status reports and follow-up on outstanding orders
    • Follow-up on inquiries/leads via Salesforce, phone, or mail
  • Assist in mailings, including:
    • Preparing mailing lists and maintaining Salesforce contact groups
    • Conducting email campaigns and tracking responses
  • Carry out calling campaigns for renewal follow-up and lead qualification, recording outcomes and providing feedback to the team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Prepare background materials for customer visits, exhibitions, and roadshows, collaborating with marketing.
  • Manage local marketing budgets and stock of marketing materials.
  • Assist in event setup and teardown, and prepare marketing materials.
  • Oversee customer subscriptions, pricing, and payment statuses, and monitor competitors’ resources.
  • Report on access issues and usage statistics.
  • Work with Credit Control and Sales Management on outstanding debts, reporting on payment statuses and assisting with collections.
  • Perform office support tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with document preparation.
  • Provide coverage for other regions or positions as needed and perform any other reasonable duties.
  • Candidate Profile
    • Experience in sales administration/support and/or inside sales
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (beneficial)
    • Proactive, self-starter with a results-oriented attitude
    • Excellent planning, organization, and attention to detail
    • Service-oriented team player
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages, especially Eastern or Northern European, are a plus
