Qualifikationen

Job Description:

We now have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a proactive Account Manager operating as the main contact for the customer, responsible for developing long-term customer sales relationships.

This role is part of our sales team and will manage a portfolio of customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and grow strong relationships with allocated customer base, including outbound calls to generate sales and service opportunities.
  • Handle inbound calls.
  • Develop and document account development plans for existing and new customers.
  • Accurately capture all customer details in our CRM system.
  • Provide customer quotations and process manual orders to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with all ADI departments and vendors to strengthen ADI's market presence.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate teams for technical support and account queries.
  • Upsell through attachments and complete solution orders.
  • Support new business onboarding and revenue generation.
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate to resolve issues, complaints, and invoice queries.
  • Communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience in all transactions, aligned with our CX charter.
  • Submit accurate monthly sales forecasts weekly.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Proven sales/customer service experience in a similar position, ideally from B2B product distribution (trade, electronics, security products).
  • A good understanding of key sales principles and best practices.
  • Experience in generating and closing sales opportunities.
  • The ability to influence internal teams.
  • Significant experience in selling products and building relationships quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, with knowledge of SAP and Salesforce (desirable).
  • Strong decision-making skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to resolve issues quickly.
  • Strong commercial acumen and work ethic.
