Inside Sales Representative – Data Analyst
Location: Frankfurt

We are seeking motivated, flexible and focused individuals to join our Inside Sales Team. If you have recently completed your degree in computer science, this position could be a challenging start to your career. Achieving our future goals and remaining a leader in our field requires exceptional individuals who can share and understand our passion for success. You will help us derive valuable insights from collective information. You will clean and organize data, find patterns, and create visuals to explain notable findings simply. You will work with different departments to ensure data quality and security. Your goal is to turn numbers into actions through analysis for better decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Extract data from multiple sources that can be primary or secondary and organize the data in a proper format that can be easily understood.
2. Convert the raw data into structured data by resolving errors, removing irrelevant data, and identifying potential data.
3. Ensure quality assurance by making sure that the data collected from multiple sources is relevant to the business.
4. Prepare reports that represent crucial information, including graphs and charts to monitor business growth by analyzing factors such as strategic pillars, cross-sell opportunities, profitability, and sales activities through campaigns.
5. Support the sales team in large deals (e.g., for Enterprise Agreements) with proposal design and data analytics.
6. Assist the sales team in the renewal of large installed base accounts.
7. Provide comprehensive tools, reports, and dashboards from multiple sources (Excel, Tableau, Salesforce, Ninox) to enhance sales effectiveness.
8. Review campaign results and present them in a meaningful overview.

Required Skills:

1. MS Excel expert including VBA/Macro programming.
2. SFDC design including dashboard/report creation and scripting including SOQL.
3. Tableau Designer.
4. JavaScript and additional programming languages are a plus.
5. Strategic mindset.
6. Good customer service, communication, and project management skills.
7. Ability to analyze numbers effectively.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to both accuracy and quality.
9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
10. Solid understanding of current market trends.
11. Proactive, energetic with a tendency towards constant learning.
12. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
