Your role and responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will represent our brand and products to potential and existing customers in France. You will also research and identify current sales opportunities, create, and deliver presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We are looking forward to welcome highly motivated new members in our team of currently more than 18 people, who work together all over Europe in our sales department.

Your tasks will focus on thefollowing activities:

  • Building Customer Relationships:You build a close working relationship with your customers by supporting them with MISUMI-specific solutions for their business requirements. You advise your customers on the MISUMI concept and special service options.
  • Generating Sales Opportunities: You generate qualified sales opportunities by analyzing the customer'’s business environment and reacting to market changes.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: You ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and solving customer concerns and problems. You are responsible for following up on customer information, upcoming projects, forecasts, and reports.
  • Managing Sales Leads:You identify promising customer calls based on reactive activities (incoming calls or emails) and maintain the list of potential customers for sales leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration with International Sales Team: You are in close contact with our international sales team as well as other departments of the European headquarters and you support our e-commerce strategy EDI/OCI and the use of Misumi online tools.

Your profile

  • You have a technical education and/or several years of experience in the manufacturing industry and automotive industry.
  • In addition, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales of products requiring technical explanation in a B2B environment, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering.
  • You have a great affinity for technical sales as well as a self-reliant way of working.
  • You have a convincing appearance and a customer-oriented way of thinking and acting.
  • You are highly motivated and have strong negotiation skills with the will to succeed.
  • Your native language is French, and you are business fluent in English to communicate with different stakeholders at all levels.
  • You are enthusiastic and confident with an entrepreneurial mindset.
