Your tasks in our sales team
  • Acquiring new customers by telephone.
  • Establishing and expanding our customer network.
  • Supporting and collaborating with Field Sales Representatives across Germany.
  • Selling the product portfolio related to construction management.
  • Documenting and maintaining customer information and contacts in the CRM system (Salesforce), and reporting to sales management.
  • Conducting market analysis and monitoring competition.
What you bring
  • Strong motivation to build a career in sales, with a willingness to learn about our industry and products (software for architecture, construction, civil engineering).
  • Experience in acquiring new customers by telephone, with a willingness to step out of your comfort zone daily.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to organize tasks independently, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in German (near native) and a good command of English.
  • Educational background or experience in the construction industry, especially in construction project management, and familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
