Lenovo seeks an enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our Channel Sales Team. Working alongside the Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for significantly growing our market-leading technology solutions and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing an assigned set of Channel Partners (retention and new acquisition) and collaborating closely with your F2F Partner Account Managers to drive partner success primarily via phone, email, and web conferencing.
- Acting as a solution advisor by leveraging Lenovo's full product portfolio for your partners.
- Driving targeted marketing and sales activities in collaboration with your team and partners to increase sales and meet targets.
- Providing weekly status reports, forecasts, and business plans aligned with targets.
- Creating metric-driven plans to expand Lenovo's market share within your territory.
- Supporting Channel Partners with configurations and quotations for end-customer sales, along with proactive follow-up, product information, and support mainly via telephone and email.
- Maintaining account relationships across various levels to ensure overall partner satisfaction.
- Collaborating with various internal teams such as End Customer Sales, Technical and Product Sales Specialists, Marketing, and Services.
What Is Required
- A university/higher education degree (BA) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Ideally, 2-3 years of successful B2B commercial experience in inside sales.
- Some experience with Channel, Distribution, and/or Direct Sales.
- Ability to translate product offerings into tailored solutions.
- Experience in the technology sector (preferred; PC/IT hardware, solutions, services).
- Strong skills in Office 365.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent presentation and digital communication skills.
- A risk-taking, self-starter mentality.
