As a very successful and dynamic company, we support nationally and internationally active customers and have already received several awards for our work.

Your Role :

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front line of our customer engagement, identifying new business opportunities and helping our existing customers solve their business challenges. You will work closely with the proMX Global Sales Team to support open requests from new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Processing all incoming requests in the Sales Folder
  • Qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings or product demonstrations for the consulting / sales team
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals and sales documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities within Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Creating and managing opportunities, quotes, orders, and projects
  • Handling recurring opportunities and renewals, including document creation, system updates, customer and third-party communications, and managing invoices and purchase orders
  • Managing additional purchases for existing customers, including document creation, system updates, and order processing
  • Overseeing monthly payments, price controls, and invoice approvals
  • Aligning billing terms, dates, and frequency within CRM and Partner Center
  • Creating and managing contracts

What You Bring :

  • Fluency in German (C1 or native level) and strong communication skills in English
  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in the SaaS, IT, or consulting sector)
  • Experience or strong interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems
  • A self-starter mentality with a structured and organized approach to work
  • Comfortable using D365 CRM, LinkedIn, and sales automation platforms

Nice to Have :

  • Background in B2B tech or consultancy sales
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience working with German-speaking markets (DACH region)
