Responsibilities

• Know, understand, and incorporate the FDH philosophy, values, and vision in all behavior, practice, and decisions.
• Work directly with customers on a regular basis, providing timely, appropriate, and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
• Maintain and develop new and existing FDH customers through professional and appropriate sales methods.
• Assist Guangzhou PDQ team with routine CQ, VQ entering.
• Maintain and manage assigned customer’s back orders and follow up on the entire supply chain process, including purchasing, warehouse, and finance.
• Work with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend and/or participate in external/internal customer or company meetings, sales, or marketing events.
• Perform basic data entry with accuracy, including sales orders, sales quotes, vendor quotes, and others.
• Travel as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible sales and customer service experience in a B2B aerospace or industry environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to deal effectively with internal and external customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform in-depth account research if required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including spreadsheets, formulas, and file management.
• Awareness of Health & Safety legislation and management.
• Experience in coaching and developing others.
• Results-driven attitude.
