We are looking for a communicative and solution-oriented Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d) to expand our new internal sales team in France. Your role will involve providing reliable advice to our clients and building collaborative relationships.   • Client Advisory: You support our regional sales team by advising decision-makers, acting as a link with headquarters and provide the necessary information to guide clients through the purchasing process, helping them choose the right solution.
  • Customer Acquisition: You independently identify potential clients for products in our portfolio and seize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Support: You assist regional sales managers in implementing the local sales strategy, organizing, and following up on event invitations.
  • Efficiency: You record your activities and the information gathered during your calls with customers and prospects in our Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) tool. These outbound calls are defined on the basis of defined marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Optimization: You proactively contribute ideas to improve our products and optimize processes based on market feedback.
Your fitness level
  • Qualification: You have completed professional commercial training or equivalent studies, or you have a proven track record in this domain.
  • Professional Experience: You are experienced in customer relations, preferably in the fitness industry and you are a fitness enthusiast.
  • Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and enjoy speaking on the phone.
  • Empathy: You are empathetic and able to adapt to the people you interact with.
  • Way of working: You are known for your reliable, solution-oriented work approach, are a team player and love to be on the phone.
  • Languages: You are fluent in French (written and spoken) and are able to communicate with ease in English.
Your training goal for your first 6 months
  • Customers: You will manage your client portfolio using our existing customer database and conduct regular calls with them.
  • Events: You will actively assist with events, including preparation and follow-up.
  • Reliability: You will be a recognized support for your sales team colleagues.
  • Network: You will be fully integrated into the sales team.
