General Summary
Developing a remote selling channel with Inside Sales is one of BSC EMEA key multidivisional initiatives. We are aiming hereby to deliver an excellent customer experience by developing and nurturing strong relationships with them remotely, and to grow in currently under-tapped segments.
Purpose Statement
The Inside Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market inside sales strategy whilst building a high-performing Inside Sales function across the business. The Inside sales leader will be responsible for working closely with the divisional leaders and key stakeholders to drive business that will move the needle in identifying organic growth. This role is part of the Healthcare Services and Alliance central team and will provide functional excellence to the Insider sales functions in a matrix reporting environment, along with day-to-day coaching to the Inside Sales Team. The role reports to the EMEA Inside Sales Director.
