Inside Sales Manager - Central Cluster (m/f/d)
General Summary
Developing a remote selling channel with Inside Sales is one of BSC EMEA key multidivisional initiatives. We are aiming hereby to deliver an excellent customer experience by developing and nurturing strong relationships with them remotely, and to grow in currently under-tapped segments.
Purpose Statement
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of the inside sales team. The function of this role is to provide coaching as well as process optimization and capability development of the Inside Sales reps. The role reports into the EMEA Inside Sales Director.
This role is part of the Healthcare Services & Alliance central team and will collaborate closely with the Divisional stakeholders. Under the general supervision of the EMEA Leader, this role will be therefore responsible for the stakeholder management and multi-divisional coordination in the assigned region.
