Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Manager for the EMEA region.

Drive sales success through effective communication, relationship-building, and a keen understanding of the market. Be a key player in expanding our reach and exceeding sales targets. If you're passionate about sales and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Your Tasks
  • Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and planning & implementation of strategies.
  • Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize training sessions and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharing insights.
  • Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments.
  • Manage and maintain data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer information, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to enhance company visibility and engage with clients.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals.
  • Experience in upselling/cross-selling software products.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
