Diverse GmbH is a growing cybersecurity and network solutions integrator based in Germany. We work with top global vendors like Juniper and Fortinet , helping organizations across the DACH region secure their infrastructure.

We are now looking for a Werkstudent (m / w / d) to support our Inside Sales Team . This is an exciting opportunity for a student who wants to gain real-world experience in B2B sales, CRM tools, and pipeline generation — all within a flexible and remote-friendly setting.

Tasks

  • Support the Inside Sales team with identifying and qualifying new leads
  • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and contact data using LinkedIn, databases, and online tools
  • Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Help manage and update our CRM with lead data and activity tracking
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects
  • Follow up on inbound interest and event contacts
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Prepare reports on campaign and lead generation performance

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Based in Germany and eligible for Werkstudent employment
  • Fluent in German (C2 / native) and confident in English (B1 / B2+)
  • Interest in technology, cybersecurity, or digital sales
  • You’re structured, self-motivated, and communicative
  • Curious mindset, willing to learn and grow in a real sales environment
  • Flexible working hours (15–20 hours per week)
  • Remote work with optional in-person meetups
  • Hands-on learning with real sales tools and strategies
  • Direct mentorship from experienced sales and cybersecurity professionals
