To enhance our team, we are seeking an Inside Sales (F / M / D) to support our business operations. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our sales team's achievements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a sales team reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing requests for quotations and preparing sales offers autonomously, in compliance with established rules and in active communication with sales. Following up on offers to build pipeline and close sales.
- Processing orders in our SAP system and following them up.
- Managing customer order fulfillment daily to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieving defined KPIs with expected commercial performance.
- Coordinating between various actors: customers, suppliers, forwarders, sales, and support teams in an international context.
- Building excellent customer relationships within a defined customer portfolio.
- Creating and maintaining favorable conditions for business development.
- Updating the CRM system for customer information and supporting prospecting activities.
- Occasional business trips to visit customers or attend commercial events.
- Accepting ownership to accomplish department and organizational goals, and exploring opportunities to add value.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical field and/or distribution segment.
- Fluent in English (oral and written), working in an international context.
- Knowledge of ERP SAP is a plus.
- Excellent listening skills, empathetic towards customers and colleagues.
- Strong personal and sales skills.
- Interest in technical aspects.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a small team.
- Proficient in managing cross-functional and international relations in a multicultural environment.
- Reactive with problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, determined, perseverant, with good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
