We are looking for a motivated and communicative Inside Sales Executive to join a leading Microsoft Partner's growing team and support the success of their Microsoft cloud and modern workplace solutions .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer engagement, has a passion for technology, and thrives in a structured, remote-friendly environment.

As part of the sales team, you'll help identify customer needs, generate qualified leads, and guide prospective clients through the early stages of their Microsoft journey—whether it’s Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, Intune, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospective B2B customers via phone, email, and video meetings.
  • Identify customer needs and position Microsoft-based solutions that match their business requirements.
  • Work closely with field sales, technical consultants, and marketing to qualify leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Prepare tailored product overviews, offers, and solution outlines in collaboration with pre-sales and solution architects.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, activities, and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
  • Support digital sales campaigns and customer touchpoints focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, Endpoint Management, and Security solutions.

What You Bring

  • Experience in inside sales , IT sales , or customer service —preferably with a focus on Microsoft or SaaS products
  • Confident communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers understand technology
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities at once
  • A good understanding of Microsoft 365 , Teams , Azure , or Endpoint Management tools is a plus
  • Completed training or degree in IT, business, or a comparable field
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a plus
  • Ideally based in southern or western Germany (but remote work across Germany is possible)
