A leading logistics provider is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive customer engagement and develop tailored logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in using CRM systems for managing leads and work closely with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal sales strategies.
- In your role, you will proactively contact potential customers by phone and email, qualify leads using CRM systems, and manage opportunities through to handover or direct quotation.
- You will prepare and follow up on tailored offers, including follow-up calls, while working closely with the field sales, tender management, and pricing team to develop suitable logistics solutions.
- You will maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and support the planning and implementation of sales campaigns, mailings, and trade fair participation.
- You will participate in internal sales meetings to align on customer targeting and strategies, while continuously monitoring the market and competitors for new business opportunities.
- Additionally, you will qualify inbound leads from marketing activities and prepare basic pricing calculations to support a smooth and efficient sales process.
