A leading logistics company is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to engage potential customers, prepare tailored offers, and collaborate with various teams. This role involves CRM usage, lead qualification, and market monitoring, playing a critical part in the sales process. Ideal candidates are those with excellent communication skills and a keen understanding of sales dynamics.
- In your role, you will proactively contact potential customers by phone and email, qualify leads using CRM systems, and manage opportunities through to handover or direct quotation.
- You will prepare and follow up on tailored offers, including follow-up calls, while working closely with the field sales, tender management, and pricing team to develop suitable logistics solutions.
- You will maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and support the planning and implementation of sales campaigns, mailings, and trade fair participation.
- You will participate in internal sales meetings to align on customer targeting and strategies, while continuously monitoring the market and competitors for new business opportunities.
- Additionally, you will qualify inbound leads from marketing activities and prepare basic pricing calculations to support a smooth and efficient sales process.
