POSITION

We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Account Executive (all genders) who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. The role is pivotal in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding quotas. The position can be based in Cologne or Berlin.

CHALLENGE

  • Target, approach, and acquire new high-value customers by understanding their strategic needs and objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of travel solutions and employ a consultative sales approach to support clients' internal strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to best practices by collaborating with departments and team members.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers and their subsidiaries, supported by operational teams and solution experts.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of HRS solutions and act as an entrepreneur within the organization.

  • Consultative sales or business development experience from SaaS, Professional Services, or startup environments (industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).

  • Experience in building a stakeholder network within customer organizations.
