Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a proactive AI innovation lead to analyze AI use cases in construction and real estate, manage projects from idea through prototyping to handover, and evaluate emerging technologies for business impact.

You will foster company-wide AI enablement through training, workshops and clear, actionable recommendations, communicating in German and English with stakeholders across units. This role is based in NRW/Bielefeld on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, construction-related industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in AI developments with understanding of AI technologies, applications and limitations.
• Experience with AI tools is advantageous.
• Understanding of processes and challenges in construction and real-estate industries.
• Quick learner with proactive approach and ability to grasp complex topics.
• Strong communication, creative mindset and teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.

• Analyze and evaluate relevant use cases in artificial intelligence, agent systems, automation and data-driven technologies with regard to GOLDBECK’s products, processes and business models
• Design, manage and support innovation and AI projects from the initial idea through piloting and prototyping to handover to the relevant business units
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize new technologies, trends, start-ups and innovation opportunities, and develop corresponding recommendations for action
• Support company-wide AI enablement through knowledge development, training, workshops and audience-specific communication
• Translate complex technology and AI topics into clear, practical recommendations for action, and prepare, document and present project results

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, construction-related industrial engineering, architecture or a comparable field
• Strong interest in current developments in artificial intelligence, along with a solid understanding of AI technologies, their applications and limitations
• Practical experience using AI tools is an advantage
• Understanding of processes and challenges in the construction and real-estate industries
• Quick learner with a proactive approach, as well as an understanding of technical topics and complex interrelationships
• Strong communication skills, creative mindset and excellent team spirit
• Very good written and spoken German and English
