Jobtailor is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead SaaS projects from engagement to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Germany and Europe.

You will advise clients on AI technologies, define MVPs and milestones, monitor budgets, and continuously improve processes with KPI tracking. Travel up to 20% within Germany/Europe and on-site delivery at international congresses are expected.

Plan, manage, and successfully deliver digital platform and SaaS projects from initial engagement through successful go-live in virtual and hybrid formats
Advise clients on modern AI technologies and the meaningful use of AI-powered features
Coordinate relevant stakeholders and ensure efficient, user-focused AI solutions aligned with the product strategy
Proactively support clients and establish project structures, expectations, and objectives
Coordinate across Development, UX/Design, Support, Sales, and external partners
Define project scope, milestones, workflows, MVP objectives, and priorities
Ensure deliverable quality, monitor budgets and timelines, and manage risks
Continuously improve processes, workflows, and project standards through reporting, lessons learned, and KPI tracking
Use modern project management and collaboration tools to ensure efficient project control and transparency
Deliver projects on-site at major international congresses

Requirements

• Experience in digital project management, ideally in the SaaS platform, online product, or complex web services environment
• Confident using digital tools for planning, documentation, and communication
• Understanding of agile methods and structured, results-oriented project leadership
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence in German (C2) and English (C1)
• Highly self-organized and structured, including during dynamic project phases
• Strong results orientation, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working across disciplines and supporting international clients
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within Germany and Europe
