Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor sucht eine erfahrene IT-Beratungskraft als Lead, die Kundenprojekte gestaltet und berät. Sie arbeiten als Berater an Software- und KI-Projekten und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Design- und Implementierungsphase moderner Lösungen. Sie übernehmen Disziplinarverantwortung für ca.

10 Berater, fördern deren Entwicklung, führen Feedbackgespräche und koordinieren Staffing sowie Projektplanung. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Leitungen und Projektmanagern prägt Ihren Alltag.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Consultant, Architekt oder vergleichbare Rolle.
• Erfahrung in Beratung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
• Projekt- und Teamführungserfahrung in AI-Projekten, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder Versicherungswesen.
• Erste Führungserfahrung: Rolle verbindet Kundenarbeit, Personalentwicklung und Organisationsverantwortung.
• Strukturierte, respektvolle Arbeitsweise und transparente Entscheidungsfindung.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Beraten Kunden und Gestalten von Projekten.
• Als Berater an Software- und KI-Projekten arbeiten und Kunden unterstützen.
• Design und Implementierung moderner Softwarelösungen unterstützen.
• Erfahrung in Architektur, Entwicklung und Beratungsthemen einbringen.
• Kunden bei der Integration neuer Technologien und KI ins Unternehmen unterstützen.
• Personenentwicklung unterstützen und Mitarbeitende betreuen.
• Disziplinarverantwortung für ca. 10 Berater übernehmen.
• Feedback- und Entwicklungsgespräche führen.
• Ansprechpartner für organisatorische und personelle Belange sein.
• Mitarbeiterstaffing und Projektplanung unterstützen.
• Eng mit technischen Leads und Projektmanagern zusammenarbeiten.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an IT consultant, architect, or in a comparable role.


• Experience in consulting and implementing IT projects.


• Project experience in the AI domain, ideally in retail or insurance.


• Initial leadership experience: the role combines client work, employee development, and organizational responsibility.


• Enjoy bringing different interests together, providing orientation, and communicating decisions transparently and understandably.


• A structured and respectful working style.


• Very good German language skills.
