Requirements

• Degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related field, such as Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, Business Analytics, or a comparable discipline
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a business environment
• Proven experience in creating and evaluating business cases is essential
• Solid experience assessing business viability and investment decisions
• Strong proficiency with numbers, analysis, and presentations
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI solutions is a plus
• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Interest in Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, or Voice AI and their business value
• Willingness to travel every 4–6 weeks
• Structured and organised approach to work
• Excellent communication skills in German, at least C1 level
• Ability to explain complex relationships clearly and successfully bring together diverse stakeholders
