Your Tasks

As Incubation Program Manager, you will oversee the operational management and strategic development of our LAPP Incubation Program. Your responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring successful execution of all program activities, supporting projects and employees, coordinating service providers, maintaining meeting structures including Steer-Co meetings at the highest management level, and internal communication.
2. Continuously developing the incubator program by implementing standards, designing HR concepts, expanding external networks, and integrating new technologies.
3. Generating ideas within the incubator program and developing new business ideas by identifying customer problems and analyzing innovation areas.
4. Serving as the point of contact for the incubation program across the company and globally.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A degree in business administration, innovation management, or a related field.
• Initial experience in the corporate start-up sector is desirable.
• Knowledge of lean start-up methods and applying these principles to develop and validate new business ideas.
• High creativity, commitment, responsibility, determination, and flexibility.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Professional experience in corporate incubators, business development, innovation management, or the start-up ecosystem is preferred. Motivated career starters are also encouraged to apply. This position is initially limited to one year as a parental leave replacement.
