WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER (m/f/d) who meets the following criteria:

• Evidence of all-round personal development: excellent academic performance combined with international exchange programs, internships, and extracurricular activities;
• 5-8 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy in digital strategy development and/or execution;
• Deep knowledge and interest in areas such as Open Finance, ecosystem-based business models, data strategy, data exchange, APIs, customer journeys, product and service innovation, payment processes and technology, and regulatory issues like PSD2 and GDPR;
• Proven leadership skills managing project teams;
• Genuine interest in digitalization topics and continuous learning;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel;
• Fluency in German and English.

AS A MANAGER, you will support clients in digital transformation and developing open, data-driven business models. You will utilize your expertise, market knowledge, methodology, and creativity to find innovative solutions. Customer focus is paramount. You will lead international project teams and coordinate project delivery. Additionally, you will share your expertise internally and contribute to new propositions or publications. As part of the DACH team, you will actively support business development in the German-speaking region.
