Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im medizinischen oder FMCG-Sektor.

Essity’s business unit Health and Medical Solutions sells and markets purpose-made incontinence products and services under the global leading brand TENA, and develops, manufactures, and sells products within wound care, compression therapy, and orthopedics under brands like Leukoplast, Cutimed, JOBST, Delta Cast, Delta Lite, and Actimove. We are seeking an Initiatives Manager Manufacturing (d/f/m) to join our Hamburg (Hausbruch) office. This is a full-time, unlimited position. We value individuals who embody our core values, challenge norms, innovate, experiment, and adapt quickly. If this describes you, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role:

1. Serve as the primary contact for all projects and activities related to new products, transfers, and changes in materials and equipment at the site.
2. Drive and coordinate project portfolio activities and projects within the factory, including improvement and CAPEX projects.
3. Identify, drive, and execute actions with local and global stakeholders to optimize product, material, and equipment utilization.
4. Collaborate with Global Marketing, R&D, Legal Teams, and Markets to support global projects, align with factory resources, and gather input for innovations and value creation.
5. Lead and develop the team of Site Project Managers.
6. Ensure projects meet Key Performance Indicators and foster a project management culture within the site.

Candidate Profile:

• Academic degree in medical, natural sciences, or engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the medical or FMCG sector.
• Proven experience managing CAPEX projects over 1 million euros.
• Strong knowledge of project management and tools.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
• Fluent in German and English.
