Your Role

• You develop and optimize the SAP QM module, aligning it with our business strategy and future vision.
• You support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance on quality processes.
• You lead and execute complex IT and QM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• You implement technical requirements, customize SAP QM, and integrate it seamlessly with other SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD, EWM).
• You identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT) to improve quality processes and decision-making.
• You analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• You work closely with teams across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• You support setup and maintenance of interfaces to other systems (e.g., LIMS).

Your Profile

• You have 6+ years of experience in SAP QM; ABAP programming and system integration experience are a plus.
• You understand quality management principles and know how to apply them in manufacturing or logistics environments.
• You manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks smartly, and deliver results on time.
• You excel at analyzing data, identifying problems, and developing actionable solutions.
• You communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You approach challenges with creativity and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in international environments is considered a strong asset.
