Der Mitarbeiter wird verantwortlich für den Support von ERP-Anwendungen sein und dabei eng mit internen Nutzern zusammenarbeiten, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und Lösungen zu entwickeln. Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen.
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich.
  • Selbstmotivation und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Benutzerschulungen.
  • Bearbeitung globaler Anfragen und Vorfälle.

This role is part of the Business Domain “Marketplace Delivery”, within SoftwareOne`s global internal IT department. Related applications are the ERP system Microsoft Business Central and satellite applications like the Procurement Portal and Product Hub.

About the Daily Doing:

The team, "RTS Marketplace Delivery," supports applications, conducts trainings, assists in rollouts, and ensures system reliability. In this specific role, you will also support our Academic platform, ACADCLOUD, improving user experience. This platform support requires good German skills. You will be the interface to end-users and peers, translating their needs into solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle global request and incident processes.
  • Design, test, and rollout new features.
  • Train users and inhouse customers.
  • Support applications and conduct user enablement.
  • Assist in rollouts and transitions.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams.

To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Demonstrable experience working with any major ERP system, either as a technical expert, consultant, specialist or key user
  • Solid grasp of business processes within ERP systems
  • Experience in 2nd / 3rd level IT-Support, related systems processes and requirements
  • Verbal and written communication skills in German and English are required
  • Ability of communicating with colleagues and customers of all seniority levels all around the world
  • Emotional intelligence, and able to walk ‘in the customer’s shoes’
  • Self-motivation and growth mindset
  • Self-confidence to speak up when something is wrong, never hesitating to question the status quo
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with close attention to details
  • Independent work style, without a need for close supervision
  • Ability to prioritise and handle tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment
