Infrastructure Architect (m/f/d), Hamburg

Dassault Systèmes, the second largest software manufacturer in Europe, has been a dynamically growing, innovative company since 1981.

We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Architect (m/f/d) to plan, install, operate, and troubleshoot Dassault Systèmes software installations, focusing on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design global infrastructure for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform deployments (hardware to application level)
• Execute platform deployments at customer sites
• Analyze and troubleshoot existing deployments for performance optimization
• Support customers in operating their environments
• Automate processes to improve efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers

Technical Skills:

• Operating systems: Windows and Linux, including scripting (bash, PowerShell, etc.)
• Web application servers: Tomcat (preferred)
• Relational databases: Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle (preferred)
• Networking: TCP, HTTPS, Load balancing (Layer 4-7)
• DevOps and CI/CD tools: GitLab, AAP, Jenkins (preferred)
• Performance analysis at software and hardware levels

Language Requirements:

Business fluent in English and German is mandatory. Occasional travel and customer-facing activities are part of the role.

Additional Qualifications:

• Basic programming skills are a plus
