Picture yourself as the architect who makes IT sing. As our ITSM Technical Consultant, you will craft smart service solutions with Jira Service Management, Assets, Assets Data Manager and Opsgenie, and then expand to new platforms as we grow. Your week will mix discovery calls, whiteboard sessions, and deep configuration work. You may sketch an integration that saves hours on every ticket, or draft a proposal that wins the client’s trust before the project begins. You will steer each engagement from first hello to final success meeting, build honest relationships, and refine our playbook for sharper tomorrow’s work. If you want autonomy, variety, and the thrill of turning messy processes into smooth flows, this is your playground.
That’s totally okay. We’re committed to diversity and inclusion. If you’re passionate about this role and eager to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every listed requirement.
