Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager (M365 Experience)

Location: Freiburg, Germany (Occasional travel onsite)

Language Requirement: German C1

Contract Type: 12 months contract + Extension

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our client in the Public Sector industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver projects and workstreams on Scope, Requirements, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, and Deliverables/Products/Benefits.
2. Engage stakeholders such as users, managers, IT specialists, SMEs, architects, or suppliers to deliver project outputs.
3. Mobilise and lead teams composed of staff and suppliers across organisational and geographical boundaries, ensuring they have the necessary skills, capacity, and experience to achieve the required outcomes.
4. Proactively manage variances and changes in scope, time, cost, and quality.
5. Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions.
6. Align expectations across stakeholders and facilitate timely and effective decision-making.
7. Report on project status regularly, including detailed, managerial, business, or IT reports.
8. Apply suitable collaboration methods considering project and business needs and constraints.
9. Identify dependencies and synergies with other initiatives and projects proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive IT experience with a proven track record of establishing and delivering large, complex projects.
• Recent experience managing ServiceNow implementations.
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of project management.
• Structured, proactive, and mature stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C-Level executives.
• Strong affinity with IT technologies such as Cloud Solutions, Digital Platforms, M365 environment, Infrastructure, Applications, Interfaces, and Data Management.
