Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager (M365 Experience)

Location: Freiburg, Germany (Occasional travel onsite)

Language Requirement: German C1

Contract Type: 12 months contract + Extension

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our client that is in the Public Sector industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects and workstreams on Scope, Requirements, Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, and Deliverables/Products/Benefits.
• Engage stakeholders such as users, managers, IT specialists, SME’s, architects, or suppliers to deliver project outputs.
• Mobilise and lead teams composed of a mixture of staff and suppliers across organisational and geographical boundaries. Ensure they have the necessary skills, capacity, and experience to achieve the required outcomes.
• Proactively manage variances and changes in scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Identify risks and take appropriate mitigating actions.
• Align expectations across stakeholders and facilitate decision-making in a timely and effective manner.
• Report on the status of projects in a timely manner, whether detailed or managerial, business or IT.
• Apply suitable collaboration methods considering project and business needs as well as constraints.
• Identify dependencies and synergies with other initiatives and projects proactively.

Required Qualifications:

• Significant IT experience, particularly in establishing and delivering large, complex projects.
• Recent project management experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of project management with a proven track record.
• Structured, self-starting, and mature stakeholder management skills, up to C-Level.
• Strong affinity with IT technologies in areas such as Cloud Solutions, Digital Platforms, M365 environment, Infrastructure, Applications, Interfaces, Data Management.
