Information Technology Business Analyst

We're Hiring: IT Business Analyst – Field Services / Facilities Management

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Contract/Permanent: Perm

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a solid background in Field Services or Facilities Management to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to transformative projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven experience working within Field Services, ideally involving CRM or ERP platforms
• Exposure to Facility Management systems/processes is preferred but not essential
• Experience in formal project management environments, working closely with delivery and technical teams
• Hands-on involvement in deploying ERP, CRM, or Field Services systems
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• While both are valuable, Waterfall is the primary delivery model in this role

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery for field services or facility-related systems
• Gathering and translating requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting project lifecycles from initiation to deployment
• Working across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT solutions
