Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch oder Spanisch erforderlich.

Job Share : Full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Description

FLOCERT is looking for a service oriented and data affine new colleague to strengthen the team responsible of Fairtrade transaction reporting. Tasks in this position include support of FLOCERT customers, data cleaning and quality control of the transactional data set as well as accommodation and coordination of stakeholder requests. Comfort in working with numbers and ease in communicating via different communication channels with different nationalities worldwide are essential for the position.

Your responsibilities

• Oversight on the onboarding of new customers to the FLOCERT reporting tool
• Provision of expert support on transaction reporting matters, e.g. subject related questions or technical problems escalated from the Customer Service Desk
• Monitoring and quality control of reported Fairtrade transaction data
• Follow-up with customers (email, phone, meeting) on report / data inconsistencies
• Delivery of information services and data requests to internal and external parties
• Provision of trainings – webinars internally as well as to customers and stakeholders
• Maintenance and improvement of reporting relevant processes and parameters (e.g. product codes classification) in coherence with data governance and other systems
• Creation and maintenance of documentation related to the topic of transaction reporting (e.g. process guidance, training material, tool user manuals)
• Support of FLOCERT and stakeholders with transaction reporting expertise

Your qualifications, experience and skills

• Any professional (e.g. office-, trade-, merchant apprenticeship IHK) or academic education (e.g. B.A.).
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience
• Business fluency in English, verbal and written
• Excellent verbal and written command in either French or Spanish is required
• Good knowledge in any additional language such as Portuguese, German, Dutch and / or Italian would be an asset
• Analytical thinking and distinct data affinity (comfort in working with numbers / bulks of data)
• Confidence in working with IT tools
• Experience in working with databases (e.g. CRM, statistics etc.) or (IT) ticket systems would be advantageous
• Precise but efficient working style
• Schematic and procedural thinking
• Customer orientation and sense of business
• Practical experience in any support or customer care function
• Any previous experience in conducting customer / user trainings is a nice to hae
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in international trade and / or knowledge of agricultural product supply chains as well as technical product knowledge of coffee, cocoa, tea, sugar, fresh fruit, flowers, or cotton would be an add-on
• Experience in dealing with different cultures is an advantage
