Your Role

As Business Information Security Officer (BISO), you are the central contact person within ZEISS Digital Partners for information security matters. You will actively shape information security by ensuring ISO27001-compliant operation of the management system and promoting information security awareness within the organization. You will act as an interface for managers and project teams on security issues and advise them with your expertise. You will roll out security frameworks across the department with support from senior management.

Your Profile

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and strong moderation, organization, and motivational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving capabilities
• High sense of duty and responsibility
• Strategic and economic thinking
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience with standards such as ISO 27001
• Experience in planning and conducting audits
• Knowledge in information security management within agile environments
• Practical experience in cloud security with at least one hyperscaler (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure), e.g., as an Azure developer
• Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous
