SCAYLE Payments is the fintech behind the ABOUT YOU marketplace and ensures smooth payment processes for our customers.

As an Information Security Manager (m / f / d), you will support the ISO of SCAYLE Payments and build a collaboration bridge between SCAYLE Payments ISMS and the AboutYou Group ISMS, leaving your footprint for a BaFin-regulated entity. Your responsibilities include conducting safety assessments, training, awareness-raising, risk assessments, and continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

1. Developing information security guidelines and monitoring compliance with them
2. Controlling and coordinating the information security process within the institution and with IT service providers
3. Participating in creating and updating the emergency concept related to information security
4. Initiating and monitoring the implementation of security measures
5. Ensuring compliance with information security in projects and procurements
6. Serving as a contact for information security issues internally and for third parties
7. Investigating security incidents and reporting to management
8. Leading awareness and training initiatives on information security

Requirements

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, industry, or in-house roles
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Profound knowledge of German IT regulations (DORA, BSI)
• Self-driven, fluent in English with strong communication skills
