Qualifikationen

Your Role & Impact

• Enhance Security Processes – Improve and maintain our IT security management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and other relevant frameworks.
• Ensure Compliance & Audit Readiness – Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors, guiding security audits across all ventures.
• Develop Security Standards – Help our ventures establish compliant and reliable security processes, ensuring documentation and implementation.
• Conduct Risk Analysis – Plan, execute, and evaluate internal risk assessments, taking action where necessary.
• Raise Security Awareness – Develop and lead security training sessions for employees, promoting best practices and compliance.
• Manage Incident Response – Further develop incident management processes, including preventive measures.
• Implement Security Tools – Select and roll out tools to streamline security management while training teams on their effective use.

Who you are:

• You have practical experience in IT security, information security, or IT governance.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to balance business needs, compliance requirements, and corporate security standards.
• You communicate fluently in English and German (B1 or higher).
• You can translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and enjoy working with motivated teams.
