You will act as the technical key contact for leading PCB makers and OEMs, guiding ideas from concept to mass production, and coordinating across regional strategic plans with global R&D and factories.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification.
• 5-10 years of working experience in printed circuit boards, PCB process and materials know-how.
• Advanced electronics, materials or chemical science background is beneficial to bridge the technology discussions between internal and external R&D centers.
• High level of technical understanding in the relevant electronic materials area and an active mindset to develop new materials.
• Independent working style, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Communication skills across all levels of the company, customer and team orientation.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Drive advanced material technologies from a leading supplier in the field of electronic materials.
• Be the technical key contact for leading PCB makers and OEMs in advanced market fields like IC/Semiconductors/Automotive/Networks and Industry.
• Lead discussions of new technology ideas from start to mass production, participate in development steps of future materials in IC/Semiconductor market.
• Develop your individual strategy by region, market and/or application to reach aligned goals.
• Define, execute and monitor technical developments in PCB materials and handover to business solutions.
• Guide/increase existing material technologies and future material pipelines with customers and partners.
• Identify technological trends and consolidate requirements to initiate new material developments.
• Coordinate projects with global R&D, factories and sales, and bring new technologies to market.
• Join a new organization set-up and grow with the group.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Drive advanced material technologies from a leading supplier in the field of electronic materials
• Be the technical key contact for leading PCB makers and OEM(s) in advanced market fields like IC/Semiconductors/Automotive/Networks and Industry
• Lead discussions of new technology ideas from start to mass production, be involved in the various development steps of future advanced materials in IC/Semiconductor market
• Develop your individual strategy by region, market and/or application to reach the aligned goals with an innovation driven by management
• Define, execute and monitor technical developments in the field of printed circuit board materials and support the handover to real business solutions
• Be responsible for guiding/increasing existing material technologies and future material pipelines with customers and partners to the next level
• Identify technological trends within your area of responsibility, consolidate requirements and initiate new material developments
• Coordinate projects with global R&D, factories and sales, be involved in various steps to bring new technologies to market
• Be part of a new organization set-up, grow with the group, bring in your ideas to develop the organization and yourself

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
