You Will

As a team member, you will support our projects on site - without actually being there. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Design and implement document lifecycle practices
  • Develop and maintain technical measures to improve information access
  • Design and improve the organization’s SharePoint structures
  • Analyze and organize unstructured or disorganized digital content
  • Help enforce data protection, information security, and GDPR standards
  • Use automation or scripting tools (e.g. Power Automate or PowerShell) to improve information management efficiency
  • Create guidelines and training to support digital collaboration
  • Collaborate with teams from diverse backgrounds to solve common challenges
You Have

The following professional qualifications and personal qualities are important to us:

  • Experience structuring and managing large-scale digital information
  • Experience organizing digital content e.g. documents, folders, websites
  • Understanding of how to manage documents through their lifecycle
  • Confidence working with large volumes of files and content
  • Confidence working with Microsoft 365 platforms e.g. SharePoint (or similar systems)
  • Confidence working with backend logic and automation e.g. PowerAutomate
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with scripting tools such as PowerShell or Python - or an interest in building these skills
  • Proficiency in English
