Job Title: Industry Solution Director

Position Overview: We are seeking an Industry Solution Director with experience in Engineering Operations and Maintenance within industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, LNG, utilities, pharmaceuticals, or heavy manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of manufacturing or consulting experience, focusing on strategic operational management and technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage domain and technical expertise to understand business landscapes and integrate data, AI, ML, and engineering solutions.
• Contribute to data science efforts and lead customer discussions in specific domains.
• Drive solution delivery that provides significant business value.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, facilitate communication, and oversee deliverables and reviews.
• Manage project activities including scoping, requirements gathering, use case definition, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product managers to develop industry-leading applications and features.
• Customize and extend application functionalities in partnership with product management.
• Enhance external branding through thought leadership, conference presentations, and industry outreach.
• Provide expert advice, increase organizational knowledge, and support customer problem-solving.
• Improve internal processes and best practices across teams.
• Assist sales during opportunity assessments, ensuring scope and deliverables meet industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum).
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing engineering or management, focusing on profitability and reliability improvements or consulting.
• Experience with industry tools such as data historians, process modeling software, and advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of process signals, enterprise asset management systems, and laboratory analysis.
• Strong organizational, coordination, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with effective interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
